I am blown away by the curator's abilty to find produce these wonderfully cohesive collections of new music. It's a great way to get the bands' the exposure they deserve. But here it's so hard to pick a favourite! Ruins because... I don't know... something clicked. The whole double album is worth every penny.

Someone needs to tell _all_ these bands - and possibly the curator - that "progressive" does not mean repeating the same idea, no matter how good, so many times that even your fans are screaming for you to stop. It does not mean then switching to the next idea and repeating that until it's bored the audience into submission. And then switching to the next. Progressive means having new ideas. Padding means taking a good idea adding lots of unnecessary overhead. There's a _lot_ of padding...
