What the Blood Revealed is an instrumental rock band from Irvine on the West Coast of Scotland. We came together in 2004 and have created a sound that’s drawn comparison with such giants of the leftfield as Isis, Neurosis and Mogwai. We find our inspiration in science, and the truths it reveals.
We have released two well received EPs which have found their way to friends in 5 continents and we release our album “Harbour of Devils” on Field Records in March 2012. We’ve shared stages with great bands like Kylesa, This Will Destroy You, Maybeshewill, Crippled Black Phoenix, Storm of Light and many more.
If you can help What the Blood Revealed find shows, airplay or reviews we would be grateful to hear from you. We can be reached at:

I am blown away by the curator's abilty to find produce these wonderfully cohesive collections of new music. It's a great way to get the bands' the exposure they deserve.
But here it's so hard to pick a favourite! Ruins because... I don't know... something clicked.
The whole double album is worth every penny. Peter Jones
Anyone homesick for the classic sound of ’90s math rock will fall in love with the jagged guitars & tricky tempos on “LLC.” Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 6, 2023

Someone needs to tell _all_ these bands - and possibly the curator - that "progressive" does not mean repeating the same idea, no matter how good, so many times that even your fans are screaming for you to stop. It does not mean then switching to the next idea and repeating that until it's bored the audience into submission. And then switching to the next.
Progressive means having new ideas.
Padding means taking a good idea adding lots of unnecessary overhead.
There's a _lot_ of padding... Peter Jones
